Sensitive CBD launched its online store in 2017. Thanks to its branding efforts, they had several monthly sales but struggled to rank for other keywords. Their website was somewhat outdated, and they had a freelance SEO worker, but there was no clear strategy in place. The website was also translated into many languages.

Challenges

Since they were selling a pharmaceutical product that Google, Facebook, and other channels do not allow for promotion, they faced difficulties in running ads and advertising. Therefore, they had to adapt a different type of strategy. The first step was to create a solid structure and define business verticals, identifying which categories had higher demand and profit margins. Then, they optimized category landing pages along with product descriptions for their flagship products. They had originally used an automatic translation plugin for multiple languages on their website (which Google does not favor), so they removed all languages and focused 100% on Spanish.

Once we had cleaned up the website from multiple languages and defined a clear structure, we noticed a 100% improvement in traffic, doubling the daily visits.
